Corporate Finance Assistant Manager
Responsibilities :
- The successful candidate will oversee and co-ordinate a wide range of corporate finance exercises from fund raising to M&A projects; liaising with local and international investment banks, rating agencies, auditors, lawyers, tax agents and other advisors. He/ she will assist in evaluating corporate proposals as well as investment opportunities, preparing evaluation reports for senior management; reviewing documents and applications to regulatory authorities.
- Undertake financial modelling on existing business and potential new investments.
- Assist in any other related work
Requirements :
- Must possess at least a degree in Economics/Accounting/Finance or equivalent;
- Preferably 3 years of experience in related field;
- Experience in the application of the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Listing Requirements, Guidelines and Regulations administered by Securities Commission and other relevant corporate and securities legislation would be an added advantage;
- Good command of written and spoken English as well as Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess good computer/typing skills;
- Able to work independently and with minimum supervision;
- Willing to travel abroad and outstation;
- Bumiputera applicants are encouraged to apply.
